Garlic arrows for the winter "Snacks" are a real yummy, which can be spread like caviar on a slice of aromatic bread.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Arrow of garlic 300 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Pepper 1 pc
Tomato paste 2-3 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 3-5 tbsp. l.
Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1/2 tbsp l.
Salt 1 tsp
Collect fresh, unripe garlic shoots, young and dark green.
Rinse well and cut into small pieces, 2-3 cm long.
Peel the onions, carrots and peppers.
Fry finely chopped onions, grated carrots and diced peppers in a pan with vegetable oil, 3-5 minutes.
Pour boiling water over the arrows and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Fold the arrows onto a sieve.
Add arrows to the pan.
Add tomato paste and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add salt, sugar and vinegar. Mix well.
Arrange in jars and seal.
