Peach compote

The season for fruits such as peaches is very short, and you really want to please yourself with fruits in cold winter. Take some firm and ripe fruit and prepare a compote for winter joy.

Peaches (6-7 pieces) 1 kg

Sugar (sand) 350 g


Rinse peaches well.

Cut into halves and remove seeds. Cut into slices and place in clean jars.

Prepare the syrup, dissolve the sugar in hot water and boil.

Pour in syrup.

Put it in a hot water bath for 20 minutes.

Take out the cans and roll up. Remove to body for 12 hours. The peach compote is ready. Keep in the cellar.
