Cauliflower with tomatoes for the winter, these are small pickled tomatoes and cauliflower inflorescences, a duet in one piece.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Cherry tomatoes 2 kg
Cauliflower 1 kg
Bell pepper 1-2 pcs
Head of garlic 1 pc
Vinegar essence 70%
Wash and dry the tomatoes well.
Peel the cabbage from the leaves and disassemble into inflorescences.
Place sliced garlic, dill whisk and bay leaf in clean jars.
Add the sliced peppers.
Fill the jars with tomatoes and cabbage inflorescences.
Pour boiling water over and cover for 20 minutes. Drain the water into a saucepan.
Add sugar and salt per 1 liter of water - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mustard seeds and boil the marinade well.
Pour the marinade into jars and add the essence. 1, 5 liter jar - 1/2 tsp 70% vinegar essence. Roll up the banks. And put in a blanket for 12 hours.
Cauliflower with tomatoes is ready for the winter. Store in a cellar.
