Pear compote

The pear compote prepared for the winter is a delicious, pear-flavored drink that will be enjoyed by the whole family. And garden pears made from compote are an excellent dessert on a winter evening.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Pear 2 kg

Sugar (sand) 400 g


Wash the pears well.

Put pears in clean jars.

Pour boiling water over to the top and leave for 20 minutes.

Drain water into a saucepan and add sugar. Based on 200 g per liter of water. Boil the syrup.

Pour in hot syrup and swirl. Put in a blanket for 12 hours.

Pear compote is ready. Store in the cellar and at home.
