Cucumber salad for the winter

Rinse and dry cucumbers.

Rinse and peel the peppers.

Peel the onion.

Cut the cucumbers and onions into half rings into a large bowl. Pepper in small strips.

Add salt, sugar, black and red ground pepper. Stir and leave for 2 hours.

Add vinegar and oil. Mix.

Arrange in sterile jars and cover with lids.

Put the jars for sterilization in a deep saucepan with cold water. Sterilize half liter jars 5 minutes after boiling.

Remove and seal carefully. Remove under a fur coat for a day. Cucumber salad for the winter. Keep cold.
