Strawberry jam

What winter supplies can there be without delicious strawberry jam? None! And do not deny yourself the pleasure of opening a jar of fragrant strawberry jam in winter.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Strawberry 1 kg

Sugar (sand) 400 g

Citric acid 1/4 tsp


Rinse and dry the berries well.

Remove ponytails.

Mix berries and sugar in a bowl.

Punch well with a blender until smooth.

Pour into a saucepan and cook over medium heat.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, add citric acid and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Arrange hot jam in jars and seal.

Our delicious strawberry jam is ready. Store in a cool cellar until winter.
