Pickled tomatoes, sweet and spicy

This recipe for pickled tomatoes will definitely appeal to lovers of spicy food. Easy to prepare, it doesn't take long. Pickled tomatoes, yes with fried potatoes, which can be tastier in winter.

Tomatoes (ripe and firm) 2 kg

Red hot pepper 1 pc

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Allspice peas




Vinegar 9%


Put spices in clean jars, 3-5 allspice peas, 3-5 cloves, 1 clove of garlic, cut into slices, 1/4 bell pepper, cut into pieces and a small piece of hot pepper.

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Place the tomatoes in jars.

Pour boiling water over and let stand for 20-30 minutes. Drain the water and add at the rate of 1 liter of marinade 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of salt.

Over boil and pour into jars. Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar in a liter jar. Roll up the cans and turn over.

Allow to cool at room temperature.
