Dill sprigs

Allspice peas

Garlic clove 3-5

Bay leaf


Vinegar essence 70%



Wash and dry cucumbers and squash.

Put spices, garlic and dill sprigs in clean jars.

Cut off the ends of cucumbers and squash and tamp in jars.

Prepare the marinade at the rate of 1 liter of water 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons. tablespoons of salt. After boiling, add ¼ teaspoon of vinegar essence. Pour the marinade over the jars.

Put on sterilization in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Take out and roll up. Keep warm for 12 hours. Store in a cellar.
