The "New Year's Olivier" salad is another version of the salad, without which no New Year's table can do.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Smoked sausage 100 g
Canned green peas 100 g
Potatoes 2 pcs
Carrots 2 pcs
Eggs 3 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Salt to taste
Dice boiled potatoes and carrots into a bowl.
Add diced boiled eggs and fresh cucumber.
Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cool.
Add the diced sausage and chicken fillet.
Add green peas and mayonnaise.
Stir well and season with salt to taste. The New Year Olivier salad is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve to the New Year's table.
