Adjika for the winter

Spicy and thick homemade adjika for the winter from natural vegetables for those who are not afraid of spicy. We recommend to definitely cook. With this adjika, you will forget about ketchups.

Tomatoes 1 kg

Carrots 1/2 kg

Bulb onions 1/2 kg

Bulgarian pepper 1/2 kg

Hot pepper (to taste) 3-4 pcs

Salt (to taste) 1-1 / 2 tbsp l.

Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l.


Wash and dry the tomatoes well.

Peel carrots and onions.

Wash the peppers and remove the seeds.

Skip all vegetables through a meat grinder.

Simmer over medium heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Grind hot peppers in a meat grinder.

Add hot pepper and salt, mix well, boil for another 15-20 minutes. Add vinegar and stir.

Divide the prepared hot adjika into clean and dry jars.

Cork and put in a warm place overnight.

Adjika is ready for the winter. Spicy lovers will be delighted. Store the prepared seasoning in a cool place.
