Apple jam at home

This is the same apple jam at home according to my grandmother's recipe.

Cooking time 1 hour


Apples 2, 5 kg

Sugar 1 kg

1/4 cup water


Rinse the apples well.

Cut into quarters and core, worminess.

Fold into a saucepan and add a quarter glass of water, cook over medium heat until apples are soft.

Cool the apple mass and rub through a fine sieve.

Return the applesauce to the saucepan and add the sugar.

Stir and cook over medium heat.

Skimming off the foam, cook for 10-15 minutes.

Put the finished hot jam in jars and close the lids.

Apple jam at home is ready. Store cooled jars in a cool place.
