Irgi jam is not only a tasty addition to tea, but also an excellent filling for pies.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Irga berry 1 kg

Sugar 500 g


Rinse the berries and sort well.

Transfer the berries to a cooking pot and cover with sugar, leave overnight.

Mix the berries and cook over low heat.

Skimming off the foam, cook for 30-40 minutes.

Arrange in jars and seal.

Our delicious strawberry jam is ready. You can store it both at home and in the cellar.
