Frozen cauliflower goes well with many recipes for first and second courses, casseroles and side dishes. Don't deprive yourself of this vegetable in the winter.

Cauliflower 1 pc
Wash and dry the cabbage well.
Divide into small inflorescences.
Blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Dip in cold water and put on a sieve. Dry a little.
Divide into bags and put in the freezer. Frozen cauliflower is ready for the winter.
