Tomato salad for the winter

This tomato salad for the winter will be a great winter snack. Easy to prepare, it will take its place in your cellar.

Cherry tomatoes 1 kg

Bulgarian pepper 2 pieces

Parsley (greens)

A clove of garlic



Allspice peas

Vinegar (9%)


Wash and sort the tomatoes well. Peel the garlic. Rinse and dry greens. Cut the tomatoes into halves or quarters into a bowl. But not too shallow. Add sliced ​​garlic and pepper. Chop the greens coarsely.

Mix gently. Place in jars.

Pour sugar and salt on top. Based on 0.5 liter jars of 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Put 3-5 black peppercorns in each jar. Pour cold tap water and put in a pot of cold water for sterilization, for 20 minutes from the moment of boiling.

Pour 1 teaspoon of vinegar into a 0.5 liter jar and cork.

Wrap up in a blanket for 12 hours. Keep cold.

Before serving, drain the brine, put on a dish and season with vegetable oil.
