Wash the cabbage well, peel and cut the carrots into small slices, peel the peas.

Divide the cauliflower into small inflorescences.

Put the inflorescences in boiling water for 3 minutes.

Remove with a slotted spoon and dry.

Dip carrot slices in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

Combine cabbage, carrots and peas in a deep bowl.

Add finely chopped onion.

Mix well and spread over container. Put in the freezer.

Defrost well before cooking and fry in vegetable oil until cooked for 5-7 minutes. Salt to taste. Vegetable mix is ​​an excellent side dish for meat and fish dishes.
