This crunchy pickled cauliflower in jars is a must-have.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Cauliflower about a little more than 1 kg 2 pcs
Large red carrot 1 pc
Garlic clove 3 pcs
Bay leaf 1 piece
Hot pepper to taste
Wash the cabbage well and remove the leaves.
Disassemble into inflorescences, not large and preferably the same size.
In clean and sterile jars, put sliced garlic, bay leaves and a slice of hot pepper with seeds.
Place a sprig of parsley and a whisk of dill.
Place cauliflower in jars.
Put grated carrots on top.
Pour boiling water over and cover for 20 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan and add salt and sugar at the rate of 2 tbsp. spoons to 1 liter of water. Add vinegar to 1 liter of water 3 hours. Spoons.
Pour the marinade into cauliflower jars and roll up. Put in a blanket for 12 hours.
Pickled Crispy cauliflower is ready. Store cooled jars in the cellar.
