Apricot jam "Lazy"

This simple recipe for delicious apricot jam is within the power of even those who have never made preparations for the winter.

Cooking time 1 hour


Apricots 3 kg

Sugar 2, 5 kg


Sort the apricots and wash.

Divide into halves and remove seeds. Cut each half in half. Place in a large saucepan.

Cover with sugar. Leave it overnight.

Stir and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Stir sometimes.

Pour into sterile jars and seal.

Keep cold.
