Pickled cauliflower with carrots

This is a great appetizer for any table. Surprise your guests and loved ones in winter with this delicious snack.

Ingredients

Cauliflower 1 pc

Carrots 2 pcs

Hot pepper 2 pcs

Mustard seed

Vinegar 9%

Sugar (sand)

Preparation

Peel cabbage from leaves, peel carrots.

Divide the cabbage into inflorescences, cut the carrots into slices.

Pour boiling water over and leave for 15 minutes.

Place vegetables on a sieve.

Arrange in clean jars.

Put a small piece (half) of hot pepper in each stick.

Pour one teaspoon of mustard seeds into (half liter jars).

Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar and salt at the rate of 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt and 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar in 1 liter of water. Boil the marinade.

Pour hot marinade into jars.

Cover and sterilize in a saucepan with hot water. Sterilize for 10-12 minutes. Add vinegar per half liter jar - 1 hour. A spoon.

Roll up and put in a blanket for 12 hours. Pickled cauliflower with carrots is ready. Store in a cool place.
