Homemade ketchup "Lecho"

Delicious homemade ketchup "Lecho" made from natural ingredients with your hands. The perfect sauce for any meal.

Cooking time 1 hour


Tomatoes 2 kg

Bulgarian pepper 1 kg

Onion 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Vinegar 9% 2 tsp

Salt 1 tsp


Wash and dry the tomatoes well.

Rinse peppers and remove seeds.

Cut the tomatoes and peppers into cubes and place in a saucepan.

Add finely chopped onion.

Add salt and sugar.

Add vegetable oil.

Stir and put on fire, cook over medium heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add vinegar at the end, stir and place in clean jars. Roll up and clean until morning in the warmth.

Our delicious homemade Lecho ketchup is ready. Store in a cool place.
