Apple jam with raspberries

Thick apple jam with raspberries has a unique taste. Ideal for filling pies, sweet sandwiches and cakes.

Ranetki 1, 5 kg

Raspberry 300 g

Sugar (sand) 2 kg


Wash the apples.

Cut into quarters and core.

Put in a saucepan and add raspberries.

Put to cook on the fire by adding a quarter glass of water. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until apples are soft for 12-15 minutes.

Cool the finished apple mass a little and pass through a metal fine sieve.

Put the puree in a saucepan and add sugar, mix well.

Cook for 15 minutes, stirring well, remove the foam.

Pour into clean jars. Seal with lids.

Delicious apple jam with raspberries is ready. Keep in the cellar.
