Berries and apples are cooked together and your guests will love this jam to their taste. You can also pamper yourself with pastries, just wrap a spoonful of jam in a puff pastry diamond, bake in the oven and only you will have the most delicious croissants stuffed with apple jam and black currant.

Black currant 500 g
Sugar (sand) 1, 2 kg
Collect and sort apples. Wash and dry well.
Cut into quarters and core.
Rinse the black currant berries well and sort.
Put in a saucepan and add water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until the apples are soft, about 10-12 minutes. Cool the apple and berry mass.
Rub through a fine metal sieve.
Pour into a saucepan.
Add sugar and stir. Boil until boiling, remove foam and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Pour the finished jam into clean jars.
Close with lids and put into the cellar. Our delicious apple jam with currants is ready.
