Apple jam

Apple jam is good in itself, but also perfect for spreading cakes, cakes, filling for pies, for open yeast pies and much more. So we advise you to cook with a margin. Moreover, it is not difficult at all.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Apples 1 kg

Sugar (sand) 700 g

Water 120 ml


Collect and sort apples. Wash and dry well.

Cut into quarters and core.

Put in a saucepan and add water.

Cook over medium heat, stirring until the apples are soft, about 10-12 minutes.

Cool and grind through a fine metal sieve.

Pour into a saucepan. Add sugar and stir.

Boil until boiling. Skim off the foam and cook over low heat for another 10-15 minutes.

Pour the finished jam into clean jars.

Close with lids and put into the cellar. Our delicious apple jam is ready for the winter.
