Pickled cucumbers with bell pepper

Crispy pickled cucumbers with bell peppers, a delicious appetizer that will delight you in winter.

Cucumbers 1 kg

Bulgarian pepper 2 pieces

A clove of garlic 5-7 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Bay leaf

Allspice peas


Vinegar (9%)




Wash cucumbers well and cut off the tails. Rinse and peel the pepper, peel the garlic and cut into slices. Put 2 bay leaves, 3 black allspice peas, 2 cloves and a few slices of garlic in clean jars. Cut the pepper into slices and place in jars. It is good to put cucumbers in jars. Put a few sprigs of dill on top.

Pour boiling water over and cover for 10-15 minutes. Drain the liquid into a saucepan. Add 2 tbsp for 1 liter of water. tablespoons of salt and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.

Bring to a boil, add 2 tbsp. spoons 9% of the bite and pour the marinade into the jars, seal with lids and turn upside down. Leave to cool at room temperature.

Keep cold.
