Cooking time 1 hour
Bulgarian pepper 2, 3-3 kg
Bulb onions (large heads) 3 pcs
Tomatoes 2 kg
Sugar 100 g
Salt 1, 5-2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l.
Wash the peppers and remove the seeds.
Cut into slices.
Peel the onion.
Chop finely and fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and put in a saucepan with the pepper.
Add onion and stir.
Put on fire and cook for 20-25 minutes. Add salt, sugar and vinegar.
Pour into jars and roll up.
Lecho for the winter "Sweet" is ready. Wrap in a blanket for a day.
