Tomatoes 2 kg
Fresh cucumber 2 kg
Bulgarian pepper 3 to taste
Head of garlic 1 pc
Vinegar essence 70%
Sort the tomatoes, take only small ripe tomatoes.
Wash and dry cucumbers well.
Peel and cut into slices.
Put spices and garlic at the bottom of the jars.
Lay the cucumbers in one layer.
Then lay a layer of peppers.
Lay the tomatoes. Put a dill whisk on top.
Pour boiling water over and let stand for 20 minutes. Drain and add water at the rate of 1 liter 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt.
Boil the marinade well and pour into jars. Add vinegar to a 1.5 liter jar ½ teaspoon of vinegar essence. Seal and allow to cool. Put in the cold.
