Overgrown cucumbers can be taken into this salad, and parsley can be replaced with dill.

Cucumbers 3 kg
Hot pepper 1 pc
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Head of garlic 1 pc
Sugar (sand) 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tbsp l.
Vinegar 9% 70 ml
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Wash and dry the cucumbers well.
Cut the ponytails and slice lengthwise.
Rinse parsley and dry. Peel the garlic, peel the seeds from the pepper to taste.
Add finely chopped herbs, chopped peppers and garlic to a bowl of cucumbers.
Add salt and sugar.
Add vinegar and vegetable oil.
Mix well and leave for 1 hour.
Arrange the prepared salad in clean jars.
Pour the salad marinade.
Cover with lids and put on sterilization, 0.5 liters -5 minutes, 0.7 liters-7 minutes, 1 liter 10 minutes.
