Pumpkin pie

This delicate and delicious pumpkin pie will warm you in bad weather and give you warmth and comfort.

Pumpkin 300 g

Butter 180 g

Sugar 150 g

Eggs 5 pcs

Baking powder 10 g

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 1 tbsp. l.

Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Vanillin 1 g

Salt 1 pinch.


Peel 300 grams of pumpkin from the peel and pulp with seeds.

Grate the pumpkin on a medium grater.

Put 180 grams of butter in a bowl and add 150 grams of sugar. Beat well with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.

Add 5 eggs, one at a time, to the butter and sugar and beat for 7-8 minutes.

Add 1 pinch of salt and 1 gram of vanillin.

Add 10 grams of baking powder.

Stir dry ingredients.

Add grated pumpkin to a bowl in a butter and egg mixture.

Add flour mixture.

Stir until smooth.

Put the dough into a mold and flatten.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

Cool the finished pie.

Remove from the mold, remove the parchment.

Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.

The pumpkin pie is ready. Can be served at the table.
