Homemade lavash

Homemade lavash is very easy to make. For this you only need - flour, water, a little natural sunflower oil and salt.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Stir well until the salt is completely dissolved.

Pour the liquid into a bowl of flour and quickly knead the dough with a spoon (gently hot).

Collect the remaining dough and flour from the walls and roll a ball in a bowl.

Cover with cling film and leave for 15-20 minutes.

The finished and cooled dough will be elastic and smooth.

Divide the dough into pieces and roll into balls, weighing up to 40 grams for large tortillas and 25 grams for medium tortillas with a diameter of 20 centimeters. A total of 10 to 15 balls come out.

Roll each ball with a rolling pin into a thin cake, the thinner the better, but stop at the diameter of your pan. Add a little flour while rolling, shaking off excess before frying.

Fry in a dry preheated pan for 30-40 seconds.

Turn over and fry again for 30-40 seconds.

Sprinkle the hot cake with cold water with a brush or a spray bottle.

And quickly put in a bag under a towel until it cools completely. Put each hot cake in a bag with others to keep warm.

Allow homemade pita bread to cool completely and remove from the bag.

Homemade lavash is ready. Can be served at the table.
