Salad with Korean carrots, beans and croutons

An original, easy to prepare and very tasty salad with Korean carrots, beans and croutons will decorate your festive table.

Ingredients

Korean carrots 100 g

Canned beans 100 g

Grated cheese 100 g

Croutons 100 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Green onions for decoration

Preparation

Put 100 grams of Korean carrots and 100 grams of canned beans in a bowl.

Boil 3 eggs, cool and peel.

Add diced eggs and 100 grams of grated cheese to a bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to a bowl.

Stir the salad and salt to taste.

Add 100 grams of croutons and stir.

Place in a salad bowl and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.

Salad with Korean carrots, beans and Florida croutons is ready. Can be served at the table.
