Pancakes with cheese rolls are delicate thin pancakes stuffed with cheese with subtle hints of garlic.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Milk 3.2% fat. 500 ml
Flour 200 g
Cheese 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Dried garlic 1 pinch
Break 2 eggs into a bowl.
Add 500 ml of milk and mix well with a whisk.
Add 200 grams of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Stir the dough until smooth.
Bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Grate 100 grams of hard cheese into a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and one pinch of dried garlic. Stir the cheese mass.
Grease each pancake with cheese.
Roll up the pancake with cheese roll.
Cut into pieces and place on a dish. Repeat with all pancakes.
Pancakes with cheese are ready. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
