Pancakes with boiled condensed milk

Pancakes with boiled condensed milk, from which your sweet tooth will be delighted.

Ingredients

Milk 3.2% fat. 500 ml

Flour 200 g

Boiled condensed milk 100 g

Chocolate 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Break 2 eggs into a bowl.

Add 500 ml of milk and mix well with a whisk.

Add 200 g flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Stir the pancake dough until smooth.

Bake thin pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Fold the pancakes in a pile.

Open a jar of boiled condensed milk.

Smear half a pancake with boiled condensed milk.

Fold the pancake in half.

Roll up with a tube.

Wrap the remaining pancakes, brushing with boiled condensed.

Drizzle with melted chocolate.

Pancakes with boiled condensed milk are ready. Can be served at the table.
