Rye flour pancakes

Pancakes made from rye flour for those who want to treat dear guests with original thin rye pancakes.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 3.2% fat. 500 ml

Sour cream 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp


In another bowl, beat 2 eggs with a whisk.

Add 500 milliliters of milk and 100 grams of sour cream. Mix well.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Stir the rye flour pancake dough and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Bake pancakes in a preheated frying pan on both sides, grease the pan with vegetable oil if necessary.

Fold the pancakes in a pile.

Rye flour pancakes are ready. Serve with sour cream.
