Fried pies with cabbage are delicious! The aroma from them, which will come from your kitchen, will quickly gather all your friends and family at one table.
Cooking time 1 hour
Take 400 g of white cabbage, remove green and sluggish leaves.
Chop the cabbage into a bowl.
Put the cabbage in a skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes.
Add the finely chopped onion, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
Salt and add 200 ml of water, simmer until soft for 15-20 minutes.
In a bowl, heat 400 ml of milk, add 10 g of dry yeast and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. Leave on for 15 minutes.
Knead the dough. Cover bowl and leave to rise for 15 minutes.
Knead the finished dough.
Divide the dough into pieces.
Roll into flat cakes using a rolling pin.
Place the cabbage on the flat cakes.
Shape into patties and pinch edges.
Turn seam down.
Put the finished pies on paper towels and remove excess oil.
Fried pies with cabbage are ready. Serve slightly cooled pies to the table.
