Berry Pie

Using this recipe, you can easily and simply prepare a delicate, airy pie with berries and have an unforgettable tea party.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Fresh berries (favorite) 300 g

Butter 240 g

Sugar 150 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Baking powder 10 g

Salt 1 pinch.


In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar with a mixer for 5-6 minutes.

Add soft butter. Beat for another 3-4 minutes.

Add salt, baking powder and flour TM "Aleika", from the generous fields of Altai. Mix the dough well.

Sort fresh berries, separate seeds from cherries.

Put the dough in the mold and put the berries on top.

With a tablespoon on top, lightly crush the berries into the dough.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

Cool the cake and remove from the mold.

The berry pie is ready. Can be served at the table.
