Pies with rice, egg and green onions

Delicious, aromatic pies with rice, egg and green onions. Do not be surprised that your beloved man will simply have to be driven away from them.

Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes


Flour 600-700 g

Milk 500 ml

Rice 200 g

Vegetable oil 100 ml

Eggs 4-5 pcs

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Dry yeast 10 g

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Add dry yeast and sugar to a bowl of warm milk.

Leave on for 20 minutes.

Add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix.

Add sifted flour.

Knead the dough.

Cover with cling film, having previously greased it with vegetable oil.

Leave on for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil, crush the dough well. Repeat again and stand for 20 minutes.

Boil the rice until tender, rinse and discard on a sieve.

Boil eggs, judge and peel.

In a bowl, combine boiled rice, chopped boiled eggs and chopped green onions. Stir and salt the filling.

Divide the dough into parts, form cakes from each piece and roll out.

Place the filling on the dough, shape the patties, pinch the edge.

Fry the pies in a pan with heated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Place ready-made pies in a basket or large plate.

Pies with rice, eggs and green onions are ready. Can be served at the table.
