Korean style carrot chicken roll is an excellent appetizer and self-sufficient dish. Delicate taste of chicken with pungent notes of carrots in Korean, will give you a unique sensation. This roll is a must-see in your cookbook.

Ingredients
Chicken legs (medium) 1 pc
Korean carrots 50 g
Hard cheese 30 g
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation
Rinse and dry the legs well.
Remove the bone by incising the skin.
Put the meat, skin down, beat it well into the layer. Salt and pepper.
In a bowl, combine Korean carrots, grated cheese and finely chopped herbs.
Spread the filling over the meat and crush it a little.
Roll up with a roll and tie with culinary thread or simply secure with toothpicks. Drizzle a little olive or other vegetable oil on top.
Put on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.
Cool the finished roll a little.
Cut into slices and place on a platter with lettuce leaves.
