Polar Express salad

Salad "Polar Express", a quick, tasty and easy-to-prepare snack salad with chicken and mushrooms for your festive table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Smoked chicken fillet 200 g

Canned corn 100 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Champignons 3 pcs

Mayonnaise 4 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Egg 1 pc

Salt to taste


Peel 3-4 medium champignons.

Cut into cubes and fry in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.

Salt the mushrooms to taste.

Dice 200 g of smoked chicken fillet in a bowl, add 100 g of canned corn.

Beat 1 egg in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Bake 2-3 pancakes in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil.

Add cooled fried mushrooms and 100 g of Korean carrots to a bowl of salad.

Add the chopped pancakes and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Stir and place in a salad bowl.

The Polar Express salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
