New Year's appetizer "Tomato in a sheepskin coat" is delicious ham rolls with cheese and cherry tomatoes. A simple and at the same time very original appetizer for the New Year's table.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Cheese 50 g
Ham slice 5-7 pcs
Cherry tomatoes 10-12 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
A clove of garlic 1 pc
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.
Grate cheese and eggs into a bowl on a fine grater.
Add pressed garlic and mayonnaise. Stir the filling.
Cut the ham into thin slices (or you can buy ready-made slices).
Cut each ham slice into halves and fasten with an onion feather.
Stuff the blanks with the filling.
Add small tomatoes.
Decorate with herbs.
The "Tomato in Sheepskin" appetizer is ready. Serve to the table.
