Add 300 ml of milk and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add 170 g flour and salt to taste.
Beat the dough well with a whisk.
Bake thin pancakes in a hot skillet on both sides.
Brush the pancake with cream cheese and line the sliced fish.
