This recipe will help you prepare five-minute red caviar for your holiday table.
Cooking time 5 minutes
Pink salmon caviar (from 1 carcass) 140 g
Boiled water (35-40 degrees) 1 l
Salt 2 tbsp l.
Odorless vegetable oil 1 tsp.
Cut the pink salmon, carefully remove the caviar.
Pour 1/2 liter of boiled warm water (35-40 degrees) into a bowl and add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt, mix well.
Add caviar to a bowl. Stir in one direction with a whisk for 5-7 minutes.
All films are wound on a whisk, freeing the eggs.
Place on a sieve and rinse with half of the water.
Place the caviar in a bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil and stir.
Put in a clean and dry jar.
