Sprouts with sprouts

Tartlets with sprats is a simple appetizer of sprats with egg salad in tartlets for a festive table.

Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients

Tartlets 5-6 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Sprats to taste

Pickled cucumbers 1-2 pcs

Lettuce to taste

Dill (greens) to taste

Preparation

Put the tartlets on a dish.

Add a small portion of the lettuce leaves.

Boil the egg in a hard boil, cool and clean the bowl, grate the eggs and mix with mayonnaise. Mix.

Arrange the filling into the tartlets.

Add sprats.

Add pickled cucumber slices.

Decorate with a sprig of dill.

Sprats tartlets are ready. Can be served with a festive table.
