Canapes with smoked sausages

Canapes on skewers are a very convenient appetizer for a festive table. Sausages, salted cheese and olive are excellent appetizers for strong drinks.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Hunting sausages 5-6 pcs

Olives 10-12 pcs

Bryndza 50 g

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Lemon 1 pc


Divide the hunting sausages into parts. Cut the cheese into cubes, rinse the herbs.

Put olives and a leaf of parsley on skewers.

Add a slice of cheese and sausage.

Place the canapes on a platter.

The Smoked Canape is ready. Decorate with lemon slices and serve to the festive table.
