Black currant pie

According to this recipe, you can prepare a delicious, delicate, airy black currant pie that can surprise your guests and loved ones.

Sugar 200 g

Black currant 200 g

Sour cream 160 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 1 tsp.

Butter 10 g

Salt 1 pinch.


Rinse and sort the black currant berries.

In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar with a mixer for 5-6 minutes.

Add sour cream and beat for 3-4 minutes.

Flour TM "Aleika", from the generous fields of Altai, sift into a bowl in a place with baking powder and 1 pinch of salt.

Add the flour mixture to a bowl with the egg mixture and knead the dough at a slow mixer speed, 2-3 minutes.

Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with TM "Aleika" flour, shake off the excess.

Pour the dough into a mold and flatten.

"Powder" the black currant berries with 1 teaspoon of TM "Aleika" flour.

Place the berries on top of the dough.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

The black currant pie is ready. Cool and remove from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top and serve.
