Yeast pancakes with milk

Beautiful yeast pancakes in milk with holes for a real Maslenitsa.

Cooking time 1 hour


Milk 0.7 l

Flour 300 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Yeast 10 g

Baking powder 1/4 tsp.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Add yeast, sugar and salt to 100 milliliters of warm milk. Leave on for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the remaining milk, eggs and vegetable oil.

Add the suitable yeast.

Add baking powder and sifted flour.

Stir the dough so that it is not a lump.

Leave the pancake dough for 30-40 minutes. The finished dough will rise with a "head". The main thing is not to mix it!

Gathering the dough with a ladle, bake yeast pancakes on both sides in a preheated pan until golden brown.

Bake a huge stack of pancakes. Grease the pancakes with butter to taste.

Yeast pancakes with milk are ready. Serve hot.
