Pancakes with cottage cheese and raisins baked in the oven

Delicious and original pancakes with cottage cheese and raisins baked in the oven for a fun celebration of Maslenitsa.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Milk 500 ml

Curd 300 g

Flour 170-200 g

Raisins 100 g

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Eggs 4 pcs

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Butter 30 g

Salt 1/4 tsp

Preparation

Add 3 eggs to warm milk and beat.

Add salt and vegetable oil.

Add flour in portions and mix well.

Set aside the finished dough for 10-15 minutes and you can bake pancakes.

In a preheated frying pan, bake thin pancakes on both sides.

Soak the raisins in boiling water and dry.

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, sugar and egg. Add raisins and stir.

Put the filling on the pancake and wrap. Stuff all the pancakes.

Grease the parchment with butter and put the stuffed pancakes on it.

Brush with the remaining melted butter.

Sprinkle sugar on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Pancakes with cottage cheese and raisins baked in the oven are ready. Put on a platter and serve.
