Orange cupcake

Flour 300 g

Sugar 300 g

Butter 250 g

Baking powder 70 g

Orange 2 pcs

Lemon 1/2 pc

Mix flour with starch, salt and baking powder.

Remove the zest from the oranges, squeeze the juice.

Add sugar to a bowl of juice and zest.

Add soft butter and beat well with a mixer.

Add 5 yolks and 3 whites and continue whisking.

Add flour mixture.

Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.

Put the dough into a mold.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, 35-40 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool and remove from the mold.

With a mixer, beat the egg whites with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Decorate the cake with protein icing.

Decorate the top with orange zest and pastry sprinkles.
