Easter cookies

Both children and adults will be delighted with these Easter cookies. Loose, delicate Easter cookies will decorate your Easter table.

Cooking time 40 minutes

Flour TM "Aleika", from the generous fields of Altai, mix with baking powder and salt.

Grind the butter with sugar.

Add yolks and mix well.

Little by little adding flour TM "Aleika", knead the dough with a fork or spatula.

Stir the dough until crumb forms.

Gather the dough into a ball with your hands. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a layer no more than 0.5 cm thick.

Using a cookie cutter, cut out cookies from the dough.

Transfer to a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees C for 10 -12 minutes. Cool the finished cookies.

In a bowl, combine whites, icing sugar and juice from half a lemon.

Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Apply the icing to the cookies. Decorate with pastry sprinkles.

If desired, the cookies can be dried in the oven.
