Ella chicken and tomato salad

Juicy spring salad with chicken, cheese and vegetables for sophisticated people.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 2 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Cherry tomatoes 5-6 pcs

Croutons 30 g

Parmesan cheese 20 g

Vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l.

Ground red pepper to taste

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Season with salt and red pepper.

Put in a preheated frying pan with 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Fry the chicken fillet on both sides for 7-10 minutes until cooked through.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves, chunks of bell pepper in a bowl.

Add chopped chicken, croutons, finely chopped herbs and thin slices of cheese to a bowl of vegetables. Stir, season with the remaining vegetable oil.

Ella chicken and tomato salad is ready. Put on a platter and serve.
