Thin pancakes with milk and boiling water

Thin pancakes with milk and boiling water are a great way to make very tender pancakes for Shrovetide!

Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients

Flour 250 g

Milk 170 g

Boiling water 170 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/4 tsp

Preparation

Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.

Add 170 g of milk.

Add vegetable oil.

Add 250 g of sifted flour and ¼ spoonful of salt.

Add 170 ml of boiling water to the dough and mix well.

In a hot frying pan, bake thin pancakes on both sides.

Fold the finished pancakes in a pile.

Thin pancakes with milk and boiling water are ready. You can serve in a stack or fold the pancakes in corners on a platter and serve.
