Raspberry Chocolate Cupcakes

Summer pastries are full of flavors and aromas. Enjoy the little raspberry and chocolate cupcakes.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Flour 120 g

Raspberry 100 g

Sugar 70 g

Butter 50 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Chocolate drops 3-4 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 1/2 tsp


Beat eggs in a bowl with sugar until thick, white mass.

Add soft butter.

Add flour and baking powder.

Gently add chocolate drops to the dough.

Add raspberries and stir a little.

Put paper capsules in the form.

Fill the molds 2/3 full.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Cool the finished muffins with raspberries and chocolate and put on a dish. Serve to the table.
